Excellent shots of an extraordinary subject !

However the DIC images are simply excellent I especially like the two first ones. Are they taken with BF oblique illumination ?

Beauteous. I assume from the spectacular rendition of the cilia on the last three (higher mag) shots that you had these very well squashed down. Did you withdraw water from under the coverglass until they looked good or just start from a very small quantity of water to beging with? And where did you find them, I would love to discover some of these in my pond.
