Mike's sleeping arrangements last weekend

Post by Mike B in OKlahoma »

Last week I was in Nevada and Arizona on a work trip with some photography on the side. Monday I left home to go to a purely business meeting in Dallas. So my sleeping arrangements for several days were as follows:

Friday night--Tent and sleeping bag in Grand Canyon National Park
Saturday night--Casino Hotel outside Las Vegas--I could barely talk to the desk clerk over the slot machine noise and especially the live band.
Sunday night--Slept at home in my own bed in Oklahoma City
Monday night--Slept in a business hotel in Dallas, Texas

Four states in four nights, and four WILDLY different environments! Good thing I have a stable personality that is well-anchored in reality....Wubba, wubba, wubba! :smt118 :smt031 :smt026

You know Mike, I would have kept the tent, the bag, and the Grand Canyon. By the way I have been to Vegas numerous times but Reno is much more fun. \:D/

I really didn't want to leave, even though it was COLD at night--Still around freezing on the South Rim of the Grand Canyon!
