I agree with Charlie - very impressive images, especially the 5 th and 6 th ones. The phese contrast images have extremally good quality. Congratulations !

Excellent work (as all others said) :D
in the image it seems that the colony is releasing drops of the interstitial material (it seems oil but IMO must be mucilage), am I right?, may it be due to coverslip pressure?
