Beautiful set!

I would like to see the second one without deconvolution (to compare).

Excellent autofluorescence shots. One thing I really like about having an aberration model in the deconvolution to take out the spherical terms is that you don't have to really fuss with the correction collar...of course you have to take a large stack of images, nature doesn't give anything away for free...next you'll have to try mixing in some Calcofluor to stain the cell walls into your pond slide (and then, WITH PROPER GLOVES and safety goggles etc, some TOTO or DAPI to light up the nuclei).

Thanks. My problem is that I cannot get any of those stains shipped to me as they will only be sold to educational institutions.

Yep, excellent images. FYI, calcofluor is a paper whitener, so you might be able to find another source for it.

Ebay item 350101958297 is calcofluor white. The seller also has other fluorescent stains available.
