Excellent autofluorescence shots. One thing I really like about having an aberration model in the deconvolution to take out the spherical terms is that you don't have to really fuss with the correction collar...of course you have to take a large stack of images, nature doesn't give anything away for free...next you'll have to try mixing in some Calcofluor to stain the cell walls into your pond slide (and then, WITH PROPER GLOVES and safety goggles etc, some TOTO or DAPI to light up the nuclei).
