They may have been shown many times before, but seldom as beautifully :D . I would be interested to know the lighting, objective and microscope you employed. The last shot is remarkable. Was the 'shadow on translucent background' effect natural or created in post processing?

I like the shadow effect of the last image. Really nice images. Is this focus stacked bright field?

Yes, it is bright field.
On average, a picture consists of 100 individual photos (focus stacked)
