I just received a slide with diatoms from Oamaru.

Nicely done. You are using a really fine objective, and this makes such a difference with a subject like this. I'm interested to know how you used up 170 shots on such a relatively thin subject. Were you advancing the fine focus by hand or do you have a fine focus system driven by a stepper motor?

Hello

Thanks for your message.
I move the microfocus knob with my hand.
On BH2, one step corresponds to 2 microns, I can make four to five photos between two notches.

Few months ago, i bougth an Arduino and a stepper motor, but it's not installed yet :?
