My canons s5is camera is dying so it is very hard to take any photo right now /: I have to make strange operations to take a satisfactory image...

Pretty sure it is a Chironomidae. With those posterior parapods it is likely in the Subfamily Tanypodinae. Would need an image of the head capsule to be sure.
