washing powder abstracts

Two simple polarization images, the last one is with the universal filter.

I do not know what to do to make the powder (or any other similar thing) to crystalize well. in this case I just placed the slide over a candle.

There are a few ways to increase speed of crystallization. Adjust temperature, increase concentration of solute, use a solvent that evaporates quickly. To make crystal slides in a water solvent I either put it in the microwave or let it sit overnight.

You're welcome. For a very fast drying solvent try high concentration isopropyl or ethyl alcohol. I use 90%. A drop on a slide dries in about 1 minute.
