Jacek, excellent shots.

The phase ones are very pleasing, much better thah what I can do with a Neofluar 100 1.30*, but I still prefer the DIC ones, I find them more natural.

* Mine is for 160 tube, and yours?

I like the phase contast pictures very much! But the 100x DIC seems to be a bit "unsharp" as if you are having some technical issues.

Unfortunately, the pictures do the hand, giving the camera to the eyepiece of the microscope. Panasonic Lumix TZ8, after some time I want to change it, for now assembles lenses

Those are very good pictures regardless of your adapter, but for a hand-held camera at that magnification, that is remarkable performance.
