Now that you mention it, there is an uncanny resemblance. But that is just because I processed it on an apple ;)

Some kind of pollen? Although it's just a wild guess. I've never seen pollen that shape. :)

Yep, marine flatworms. The first photo is a small flatworm taken under a 10x objective with polarized light. I did not know a flatworm would glow golden under polarized light.

Well I am a little late here. I would have guessed our sun about six billion years from now. That is interesting, being flatworms that is! 8)
