Sold: heavy duty sliding stage - Rose & Krieger 120mm

Post by lothman »

Hello,

I wanted to use this linear stage to create a setup for stacking macro shots, but ended up using a smaller but motrorized stage.
  • Manufacturer is Rose & Krieger Type Compact 120mm, (120mm wide and 46mm high)
  • the spindle has a pitch of 1mm, knob is engraved
  • the stroke is 150mm
  • the whole linear stage has a length of 180mm
  • the part weighs 3.6 kg
The stage runs smooth over the entire stroke length, if necessary the guide can be readjusted. Accessories are available from Rose and Krieger, for example brackets in order to mount another slider on top....
Due to the weight shipping cost might be high, item is located in Germany.

I once paid 150€, would sell for 120.-€ or make me an offer.

Just in case somebody else encounters problems...

With default settings, lothman's images all show as "broken" for me.

This occurs because I am accessing the forum as HTTPS, but his images are only HTTP, and Chrome refuses to show insecure content in a nominally secure page.

I can force the images to be displayed by loading the forum page after editing the URL to use HTTP instead of HTTPS.

No problems with pictures in Firefox.

Very nice stage!

Indeed - Thanks.

Here a link where you can see how these rails can be coupled.
https://www.directindustry.de/prod/rk-r ... 79409.html
or you just tap some threads where you need them, the stage can easily be unsrewed for machining.
