Wind

Post by Peter De Smidt »

How do you folks deal with subject motion due to wind? Do you always completely encircle the subject with a diffuser, or similar? For instance, I have a couple of orchids, and they definitely sway a bit from the furnace moving air around. I suppose I could simply turn off the furnace.

That's what I do. I have a friend who shoots stacks of flowers in the field. Sometimes he takes along a fabric-sided enclosure that does double duty as windbreak and diffuser.
