Green Bottle Fly Profile 5x & 12x

Nuthin' special, Green Bottle fly profile at 5x, 39 steps (way too many) at 80µm. I was very impressed at all the thin hairs in the eyes.

I did another one at 12x, 153 steps at 10µm, kinda blah.

How can you say it was nothing special. Good focus, very clean specimen, lighting is smooth and great detail. It takes a lot of work to do this. Makes you rethink the "simple" looking things you see every day. Now I want to see one of your special shots.
