With those mouthparts, it's highly unlikely he would have done anything bad to your house.
If you can show us a whole body, perhaps somebody can tell you more about what the beast is and does.
From here, I can tell that it's one of the "true bugs" (Hemiptera), but beyond that I don't have a clue.
