Hi everyone. Three images of this surprising animal - a living fossil - recently found close to where I live in Asturias (North of Spain), in a temporary fresh water hole. First one is the animal as it is found in the water; second is a stack of 11 images at 1x with a Canon 100 mm macro lens. Third is a detail of the eyes, stack of 68 shots at 7,2x with a Nikon BD plan 10x. I hope you may find them interesting.

Great find! And beautiful pictures! Thanks for sharing!
I have known Notostraca only from preserved specimens, never seen one in the wild (yet).
