To clarify...

The page title bar says "Daceton Boltoni Animated Gif following the link", but there is no animated gif to be found. The page source references lots of .gif files, but they are just small icons.
This is using FireFox 15.0.1 and IE 8.0.6001.18702.
In any case, if you provide a direct link to the animated gif, then perhaps the rest of us can see it too.
By the way, I don't see any evidence in people's postings here that anyone besides you has seen the animated gif. All the replies can be comments about the still images that everyone can see.

When I click on that link, what I get is a page that shows the image http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8035/8070 ... 109c_b.jpg .snic320 wrote:Here the Animated GIF for your viewing pleasure!

Indeed, very strange. I am not aware of any Flickr switches that will present one type of image to some users and a different type to another, but perhaps there is such a thing.snic320 wrote:Some of you can see it and me too...strange!
