Had to show this picture, of course because I like it but also as proof what modern lenses an camera's are capable of.


450mm x 1,7 converter on 1,5 crop-camera. So a 1250mm equivalent on 2 meter distance.
Had to give a minus correction to prevent to the branch to over expose, this made the background black

Thx Ken Ramos. I am retired and many of my former coleagues live in spain.
I have been told that it is paradise for macro photografers.

I hope the covid problems are over soon. So i can explore that part of Europe.

Never had the urge at the time to explore the photographic opportunities that the island had to offer. I was, er . . . um . . . what one might would say, a little "footloose" at the time and of course a much younger man. However, I've seen a bit of the country and the island of Palma and enjoyed every city that I visited, especially Barcelona if one likes or enjoys fine dinning. Of course there are other places as well and just as good.
