This is all new to me and the past couple of weeks I have been working on equipment setup. This is my first try with the Amscope 4x. All suggestions for improvements will be appreciated. Since this was, for the most part, a test, the file format was jpeg/fine.
D810, PB-6 bellows fully closed, Amscope 4x, Stackshot rail, 1/10, ISO 400, 141 slices and I think it was at 30 microns in Controlmynikon. Lighting was a Yongnuo 300 III with foam diffusing the subject. Need work here.

Amscope 4X
Very very nice. Some of those Amscope objectives are hidden gems and are not to be dismissed because of their source and price. Often I have been impressed by their quality in terms of sharpness and contrast.
Good job.
