Nikon Modular Focus Block - Regreasing

Hi All,

I recently bought a Nikon modular focus block from Robert O'Toole (Labophot 1 era) and have successfully direct coupled a motor along with upgrading to lothman's metal pinion gear. The device is working fine now - however the course drive is very sticky and I'm considering tearing it down completely and cleaning it up.

The question I have for you all is what grease do you recommend for these blocks? I have some Nye Rheolube 362HB on hand but are there any other ideas for the bearing tracks, etc?
