Sigma life size atachment as a tube lens ?

Post by All Ex »

Do you think it will work in an M42 rig? I found this in the net ;

I have the "life-size attachment" and the adaptors to reduce the diameter of it from M52 to M42.
I assume that since I`ll be using less from the diameter of the lens towards the center of it, which would be the majority of the quality, in the final result, it must have a fair enough result.
I want to hear your thoughts about it.

It is is a very good tube lens, at least it's the one I most often use. Although I haven't done good tests, Robert did it for all us :D

It`s been a happy reply from you Pau, have a nice year.
It is this exact site I`m watching for a Long time now, I am very pleased to find out from him that Rik`s suggestions on the two Raynoxes are amongst the top-rated ones.
It`s been a pleasure to know that this set-up will work.
with more to come...
Have a healthy and a nice year...
