I bought my Rheinberg, COL and extended darkfield filters from that eBay seller (optitec2020). All my filters were either DIY or bought from him. He is quite knowledgeable and friendly. I think many forum members have bought from him.
Since I bought lots of things from him and we are friendly, he even custom made some filters for my high power objectives (he does not usually custom make filters but he has equipments/skills to cut Lucite/Delrin/acrylic in increments of 0.2-0.3 mm).
