I am considering a new camera for my microscope. I want a full-frame camera. What would be the best choice if I have a limited budget? I am considering the Canon EOS 6D which seems to be reasonably priced (being a full frame camera)
Would choosing the Canon EOS 6D add any limitations which I am not aware of? I will do Bright Field, Dark Field, Phase Contrast, Polarizing, DIC (transmitted and reflected) and Fluorescence microscopy.
I have an Olympus BX51 with all the adapters needed for attaching the camera including a selection of photo eye-pieces (2.5x, 3.3x, 5x).
Appreciate your input...
What camera to buy for micrography?
