Microscope objectives on an DSLR

Post by Harald »

Hi there people..
I see a lot of people use microscope objectives on an DSLR. I think the distance to the specimen will be short.
Is there any website or a table that can give me the magnification and distance to the specimen ?
Like what magnification will I obtain with i.e 4x objective ? And what about distance between camera and the microscope objective ?

Hope that someone can help me and this is not to hopeless question from one from Norway
Kind Regards
Harald

See this thread http://photomacrography.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12147 For more information on how to hook up a microscope objective. When an objective is used at its specified magnification, its working distance will be what is specified for it.

Ett svar på svenska........ :)

Canon EF 100mm F2.8 L IS USM Macro - 1:1 och <

Canon EF * F2.8 L IS USM Macro - 1:1 och <

Kind Regards
Harald
