The question of flash photography

Hello,everyone!
I like micro-photography and I have some equipment such as Olympus BX51 BHA IMT2 etc...
I read some articles abt flash photogrphy from Mr.Krebs website.There are some methods for BH2.
So,I want to set up a flash photography system on my BX51,how to do that?
Any suggests or methods are welcome!
