Hey,

I was given a case containing a dark field condenser and a range of Optika infinity objective lenses:

Plan 10x/0.25 PH
Plan 20x/0.40 PH
Plan 40x/0.65 PH
Plan 100x/1.25 oil PH

Has anyone any experience with these objectives using bellows, tube lens and camera? I am wondering also, have any of you guys ever obtained good results implementing the dark field condenser into a photomacrography setup of this kind?

By the way, what does the PH stand for?

PH is likely refering to phase contrast

If you want to use all this equipment, mount it in the adequate microscope frame, much easier than designing an alternative setup to do the same.

do the objectives say 0.17? In this case the 20x an upper ones need to be used with cover glass.

Hi Pau,

Yes they are indeed 0.17 and I won't be using glass cover slips either.

I guess I may aswell return them to him.
