BD objective adapters

Where do you guys get your adapters to mount BD lenses (about 25mm diameter threaded)? I'm mounting to an OM bellows so ideally I'm after an OM->BD adapter if such a thing exists, I appreciate I might need to go OM-M42-BD or something like that...

Yes, that is the same I use; no BD to M42 adapters at the moment (I asked Jinffinance if he could make some)

Should anyone need, I currently have spare or two 27mm to M42 adapter.
They fit the larger Nikon infinite BD, not the finites which are 26mm.
They're bare aluminium, but it can be "blued".
