The following image won the September 2017 award for Macro.

It was originally posted at http://www.photomacrography.net/forum/v ... hp?t=34865 (image #1 of that posting).

We're reproducing it here, separately, as part of our procedure to provide clarity when the award goes to one image in a larger collection.
