Your COL has a very nice DIC feel to it, i'm curious: what technique do you use to achieve it?

Hi...it will be strange but i use a simple canon a570 is (like i wrote in my website) in hand near eyepiece whit a little extension of zoom...this is a compact budget price camera whit all manual function and give good result...

WOW! If you ever try hand held photomacrography, I think Lord V will have some serious competition.

The depth of focus is astonishing , especially in the second diatom, I was sure it was stacked from several images.

hi,
it's really what i do...all my shots are made whit afocal system...i have no professional microscope camera yet!!
the firt immage is a single shot..the second one is a stack of tree images!!
