It was stacked with Helicon focus. I let out one image to create a little bit of blur. It thought it shouldn't be too clean:) But I guess it was a bit nonsence to do that.
Yes, Ralph, the small organisms are the hardest but Scenedesmus is quite flat and not so easily damaged. It is a matter of waiting until the slide almost dries out and than make the image. Patience is the key. It would be easier if I would have found a bloom, but there were only a couple in the sample. I picked up the largest viewing the sample under the stereomicroscope.

The interesting thing about drawing microscopic organisms is that you learn far more than by making photographic pictures.
