When I try to add files I onlky get the DELETE FILE option and not the PLACE INLINE option.

It looks to me like the "Delete file" button appears as soon as the upload is initiated, then the "Place inline" button gets added to the page only when the upload completes normally. This suggests you're having maybe some sort of upload failure.

When you see only the "Delete file" button, what shows in the Status column? If you click on the status icon, what more information do you get?

It was a size issue - too big. In the past we had gotten a window with an alert. Let's try it again.
