The genital aperture of a tick under UV light. I used a Nikon 20x fluor microscope objective.

I pulled the stereo image into StereoPhoto Maker and blew it up so I could see all the details.

The translucency showing structures on multiple levels comes through wonderfully.

Yes - For translucent subjects like this it is realy worth the effort making stereo pictures or a rocking gif.
