Gyrosigma (video)

These beautiful diatoms of Gyrosigma genus been found in seawater.
Its glass cover has a fine carving visible in the video.
We observe them with the oblique semi-polarized light technique.
Filmed with a 100X immersion lens and a panasonic GH4 camera.
