Microscope was a Oly BX52, PlanApo N 60x 1.42.
I used an astronomy mono camera, ZWO ASI 183MM Pro, 2.4µm pixel size.
First four images were taken with DIC HR, last two with circular oblique lighting @ 450nm.

Thanks. I've used Astro-cameras in the past but it was quite a few years ago and only with telescopes. I started out with a Pentax medium format camera. Would you mind explaining your work flow using the camera, either here or privately? How is focus done? I suppose that's what I'm having trouble understanding. Back in the day I used K3CCDTools, then ImagesPlus along with Registax.

this was the version with oiled condenser 1.4 top lens.

To quote one of my favorite movies: "I am an oil man"
