Single use digital camera

Each cluster in a CCD consists of one red pixel, one blue pixel and two green pixels. Notice in the is, the red and green pixels are circular and the blue pixel has an irregular shape.

In this chip, the green pixels are smaller than the red and blue ones.

These are really nice. Amazing the small features that can be 'written' onto substrates. Nice to see the Bayer filters.
