That looks more like an image if the gall bladder, not urinary bladder. The image shows columnar epithelium with a papillary pattern. The urinary bladder has transitional epithelium. Here is an image of human gall bladder from the Iowa Histopathology collection for comparison.

Bill is rigth, this is definitely gall and not urinary bladder.

In Bills picture the mucosa is expanded by foamy cells (macrophages) under the epithelum. This is called "cholestatosis". Olympusmans pictures show gallbladder without any significant pathological changes.

Thank you, Bill and Peter. I went by the label on the slide. I have accumulated an eclectic set of histo slides over the years and am learning a great deal about the quality of the sections and mounts as I prepare to wade into microtomy. I appreciate that pathologists are viewing my images and I would appreciate any feedback about how I am doing shooting prepared sections.
I will relabel the slide as gall bladder
