There isn't any other kind of illumination, the natural colors also come from fluorescence, both of the specimens themselves or reflected from their more fluorescent neighbors. What I've done is to stack 16bit TIFFs from RAW with extended dynamic range (Pmax UDR) and later playing with levels in PS, maybe a bit overdone as it looks somewhat flat.Lou Jost wrote:How did you get the fluorescence and the natural colors to both come out perfectly exposed?
