Evidently it belongs to another planet

Just a dirty guess: could it be a polychaete like Aelosoma surface with detached setae?

A web of neurons lying beneath the surface with protruding antennae/setae on a diptera larva or segmented worm with birefringent crystals adhered to the surface.

The riddle was not so difficult for the people who like observing our world through the microscope

Yes, it was some diptera larvae. Unfortunately I am not able to identify it closer.
