Stereo from 68 image stack. Olympus 10/0.30 MPLFLN. It is a little surprising to me how "cleanly" a complex, "hairy" image like this stacks with auto-fluorescence. (In this case I have an air bubble and a bit of debris that I cleaned up easily on the 2D image that I will not attempt to edit on the stereo.

If you desaturate them they look like SEM.
The stereo is awesome.

Algae, likely diatoms (chlorophyll emits strong red fluorescence)
