Having enough of b/w for a moment, that's what happened.
EPI bluish, transmitted orange.

Good complementary colour choice. Definitely a nice change from the usual mono fare. Great stuff!

Super. I'm surprised no one has asked the obvious. Errm -- how did you do it? :shock: If it's just coloured filters over your transmitted and incident light sources, you've got amazingly good clear separation. Or is there a certain amount of Photoshop and channel separation involved? Great result however it's done.

Sure there's quite a bit of Photoshop involved. So here's a crop from a single jpg. It is contrast enhanced to match the grading of the final image a bit better.

Stacking also made the orange parts more visible.
