(Fluo) Freshwater Fungi - Chlamydospore (ID uncertain)

I have been experimenting with fluorescent light and various home made filter cubes. Sometimes I combine other techniques with fluorescence techniques giving a hybrid effect.

Here is an interesting find which I have not managed to identify. It might be a fungus spore, a Chlamydospore, but please correct me if I am wrong.

All images are captures using a uplanapo 40X/0.85 objective.

Specification of the filter cube used:

Excitation: 375-450 nm
Dichroic: 480 nm Long Pass
Emission: 490 nm Long Pass

EPI-illumination with a mercury lamp.

Here is a comparison image (in DIC) to show how it looks in visible light.
