this is a really nice pattern, good color, wish it was as sharp and colorful as the other ones though...

Occassionaly, when gluing the chip to a microscope slide, the chip is not perfectly flat with regard to the microscope objectives. Since the software that supports the CMOS camera only allows 70 shots in a stack, when using a 40X objective I have to use somewhat larger steps in the stacks, resulting in a loss of sharpness. This happens when I have the field diaphragm in the light path stopped down.
