Could I meet the party?

Jacek has posted some clues while discussing my setup:

...but his mastery is not disclosed

You have to come. Have you tasted English wine?

If you haven't, then swing by Denbies, the finest vineyard in England - about 3 miles down the road from where I am. So I'm offering a stop along the way too and I'll join the party ;)
My extreme-macro.co.uk site, a learning site. Your comments and input there would be gratefully appreciated.

Party waited, but none of you did not come :(

Such microscopes have (second page):
http://www.photomacrography.net/forum/v ... hp?t=32636

The idea of small lenses, link Pau, I use:
Leitz PL 2,5X, NPL Fluor 6,3X, Zeis Apo 6,3X , Leitz PL Fluor 10X
Lenses must have a large working distance to well illuminate the object.
This gives a big more light than conventional epi.
The fifth image from the first series, with conventional epi.
I took out of our original cube excitation filter and applied the Scott UG5.
Fluorescence of blue and green use the original cube zeiss and illuminator LED 3W cold.
FL also uses UV dia but only for the preparation of thin, typically biological,
because here the distribution of the light is a little different.
All the time something modifies and changing.

Is there anything else I describe it?

Yes, the "finest".
Exactly.
I'm 13 miles.
Evidently the wine doesn't travel.
(Happy New Year, Jacek, sorry to interrupt)
