The beautiful amoeba Hyalosphenia cuneata

We have found before this beautiful amoeba
in other freshwater streams in San Jose - Uruguay - South America.
In its transparent home of about 80um (0.08mm) long live in the calm waters of Tala stream
Oblique polarized light.
