Hi Rik,
I'm glad you liked the picture.
It has all the goodies; Nikon D2X on Nikon SMZ800, two Clairex flashes with a cilindrical diffuser and it was created with the blending of 38 focal planes using Helicon focus.
The field is 6.5mm wide.
