Great set, something usual with you :D . The lateral view #5 is IMO the most original.

Please,
- what excitation wavelength did you use for this fluorescence images? (light source and excitation filter if you know it)
- just autofluorescence or any fluorochrome dye?

Thank you very much :D

All photos autofluorescence, photos 1-4 (excitation filter old zeiss UG1, filter barrier GG9 (400 nm)).
Photo 5 (cube Leica: ex. 365, mirror 400, bar. 420).
Source of light - led with a single point of light 3W UV (365 nm).

Another question, what exposure time and ISO setting you're obtaining with you 3W LED? (I'm most interested because I'm in the way of buying LEDs for autofluorescence)

Thanks Carlos :D

Exposure time: 1 s.
I use compact camera, 1 s is the maximum exposure time, but the camera does not have manual settings.
ISO: 125-400
at 400 I already have a big noise for a single photo ok, but stacks the unfit.

This seems strong autofluorescence!
Very useful info for me.
Thanks again!

 Always amazed by the excellent results you obtain with such a simple camera.

All the images are very good, but the most impressive for me are the 5 th and the last one. The last one is simply beautiful !

What software have you used for these images, HF or ZS ?
