Putting pen to paper.

Leitz 4X objective, stacked image.

A little microscope fun with an everyday subject. Interesting how what the eye sees as a solid black line of ink, is actually mostly the top surface of the paper fibers.

Image done with a Leitz Ortholux, using a Canon 50D camera. Stacked in Zerene, edited in Photoshop.
