Go easy on me since I am new to all of this

, but i thought i would have a go at doing a focus stack on a food item I found at home, the sultana. Of course it is not a full sultana as the size would prevent me from imaging it so I used a scalpel to cut a small slice and placed it on a slide and took a number of shots (i think about 10-15) and stitched them together using helicon focus.
I am going to need to find a way to automate my microscope focus lol, but for a first attempt it looks interesting. Part of the colour is likely from the light shining through from the halogen microscope light.
