"Duodenum", I assume.

Smooth muscle makes sense. As written at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gastrointestinal_wall:
Surrounding this is the muscular layer, which comprises both longitudinal and circular smooth muscle that also helps with continued peristalsis and the movement of digested material out of and along the gut.

Rik,
I agree that ths appears to be smooth muscle. I just didn't want to be too presumtuous.
I think the other tissue might be mucosa.
