Samples from tidal pool
#1 bf. 40x obj.
#2 DIC 20x obj.
Maybe diatom or desmid I am not sure.
Does anyone know what it is?

Sure. A marine diatom, very common overhere (Europe). It's called Ditylum brightwellii.
