Closterium lunula 20x objective UGF illumination Four Zerene stacks stitched together first into two left and right "slabs" in Microsoft ICE and then the two slabs stitched together in Photoshop Photomerge. Microsoft ICE had problems trying to stitch all four stacks together at one swell foop.
